When we saw that the routing plans for Shish restaurant’s ductwork might not meet the client’s long-term needs, we devised another plan and took the extra effort to set them up for success.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do design/build projects?

Yes. Many of our clients find that design/build can save them time and money, as well as minimize their risk. We have a well-established network of partners who can work together to get your design/build job completed efficiently. If you’re not sure whether this option is right for you, feel free to contact us to discuss it.

Do you have architects on staff?

We have long-term working relationships with several outstanding architects, who we bring on board as needed. Additionally, our managing member, Jeff Samuelson, is a registered architect, and he uses his design background to help maximize every development project.

What geographic areas do you work in?

For smaller projects, we limit our work to the Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati triangle. Because we have supervisors on site every day, this geographic footprint allows us to give even the smallest of jobs close, personal attention. For larger projects, we can readily expand into most of Ohio and much of Kentucky and Indiana.

What will my project cost?

Not surprisingly, costs vary widely, depending on the size and nature of the project. What doesn’t vary is our method for determining your costs, and our commitment to staying within the budget we’ve established with you. If you have a specific project in mind, contact us, and we’ll be happy to give you an estimate.

Do you use subcontractors?

Yes, we have long-term relationships with a variety of trusted subcontractors who help us deliver your project on time and on budget.

Do you do residential work?

Our focus and expertise is in the commercial market.

How often will I have access to the construction manager for my project?

Our project managers are on site every day and are available to you by cell phone during regular business hours and for emergencies.

How do you evaluate the advisability of a given project?

We have detailed project-modeling, cost-analysis, and profit-analysis tools, based on decades of successful construction management and development experience.
