The unique nature of Scene 75 (the first of its kind) made code concerns and permitting a special challenge. Jeff’s vast knowledge of Ohio building codes and strong practical knowledge made him a great asset to this project. Extensive tornado damage required development, architectural and construction experience to facilitate completion. JZ guided the project and acted as general contractor from initial meeting with owner soon after the tornado through occupancy.
